Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment (CPST)

Goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the individual’s individualized treatment plan.


Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)

Designed to assist the individual with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness.


Crisis Intervention (CI)

Designed to interrupt and/or ameliorate a crisis experience, via a preliminary assessment, immediate crisis resolution and de-escalation and referral and linkage to appropriate community services to avoid more restrictive levels of treatment.


Addiction Outpatient Treatment Program (ASAM Level I)

Designed to help individuals achieve changes in their substance use behaviors. Services address an individual’s major lifestyle, attitudinal and behavioral problems that have the potential to be barriers to the goals of treatment.  


Addiction Outpatient Treatment Program (ASAM Level II.I)

Designed as an Intensive Outpatient Service for adolescents and adults. Services are capable of meeting the complex needs of people with addiction and co-occurring conditions. It is an organized outpatient service that delivers treatment services during the day, before or after work or school, in the evening, and/or on weekends.


Individual Living & Skill Building

Designed to help individuals who are, or will be, transitioning to independency with support in acquiring, retaining, and improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to be successful in the domains of employment, housing, education and community life and to reside successfully in home and community settings.


Group Counseling

Directed toward meeting the goals outlined in each individual’s treatment plan to promote emotional, behavioral or psychological change while using professional, therapeutic interventions with face to face verbal interactions between 2 to 12 individuals and the therapist/counselor.
